Debera Consult provides consultation services for Ethiopians seeking education, work, and travel opportunities abroad. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Education consulting for international study opportunities
- Work visa and permit application assistance
- Travel consultation and visa application support
- Document preparation and authentication
- Interview preparation and guidance
3. User Accounts
Some features of our Services require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Booking and Payment
4.1. Booking Confirmation: When you book a consultation, it is not confirmed until payment is received and confirmation is issued by Debera Consult.
4.2. Payment: All payments are processed through Santim Pay, our payment processor. We do not store your payment information. By making a payment, you agree to Santim Pay's terms of service.
4.3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all interactions with us
- Attend scheduled consultations on time
- Notify us of any changes to your information or circumstances that may affect your application or consultation
- Not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services
6. Disclaimer of Guarantees
Debera Consult provides consulting services and assistance only. We do not guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, admission, or application. The final decision rests with the relevant authorities, institutions, or organizations. We are not responsible for any rejections or delays in processing applications.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debera Consult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content included in or made available through our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Debera Consult or its content suppliers and is protected by Ethiopian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Communication
By using our Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We may communicate with you by email, phone, or by posting notices on our website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
